Digiorno Dental Fitness values your time. In return, we expect our patients to be punctual, as well as offer at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Some procedures may require more notice, as will be explained at the time of scheduling.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation or failed appointment fee if the patient fails to cancel within the requested time period. We also reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you do not arrive at your scheduled time. We believe this will help serve you in a timely manner and meet the needs of our patients.
Insurance and Billing
We accept all Indemnity Insurance Plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Digiorno Dental Fitness does not participate in Health Management Organizations (HMO’s) or Medi-cal. If you are able to choose your own dentist we will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer flexible payment plans. Please speak with our Financial Coordinator regarding the details of our payment plan.
Payment Options
We accept, cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.
We are happy to bill your insurance for services. We accept any insurance plan that allows you to see the Dentist of your choice. We are not members of any managed care list. If your insurance requires you to choose from a list, as a courtesy we will bill them but the patient is responsible to pay the balance that is not covered.
It is the patients’ responsibility to understand their insurance policy and benefits. Your insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company. The patient is expected to pay their estimated portion at the time services are rendered, as well as pay any balance remaining after the insurance portion is collected. All emergency services performed without prior financial arrangements must be paid for in full at the time services are rendered.
